測(cè)量光棚一種特殊的光電傳感器，主要用于檢測(cè)，測(cè)量產(chǎn)品是否符合規(guī)定要求。與普通的對(duì)射式光電傳感器一樣，包含相互分離且相對(duì)放置的發(fā)射器和受光器兩部分。但其外形尺寸較大，為長(zhǎng)管狀。檢測(cè)，測(cè)量光柵發(fā)射器產(chǎn)生的檢測(cè)光線并非如普通光電傳感器只有一束, 而是沿長(zhǎng)度方向定間距生成光線陣列，形成一個(gè)“光幕”，以一種掃描的方式配合控制器及
其軟件，實(shí)現(xiàn)檢測(cè)和測(cè)量物體外形尺寸的功能。
